Inside Mind Mappr: Android Growth, Windows Launch & Our Expanding App Ecosystem

Welcome to the Developer’s Note, where our development team at VERIA shares insights, updates, and behind-the-scenes looks at our journey with Mind Mappr. Our Android app has grown tremendously, and we are excited about the prospects of launching a Windows version, along with exploring new revenue avenues to ensure continued improvements and accessibility.

This Developer’s Note will be a regular update where our developers will offer a closer look at ongoing projects, challenges we encounter, and the innovations we are exploring to bring you the best user experience with Mind Mappr.

Mind Mappr for Android: Our Biggest App to Date

Mind Mappr, formerly known as RDY Task, stands as the most comprehensive app VERIA has developed. Unlike our previous applications like RDY News and RDY Fitness—now discontinued—Mind Mappr has grown to become our flagship app, and it holds a special place in our hearts. This commitment drives us to continuously enhance its functionality and address any issues that our users may encounter. We take user feedback seriously and, in cases where users experience problems, we make it our duty to provide support and compensate with additional in-app points.

One of our promised features, Collaboration and Subtasks, remains a high-priority development area for us. While our team has been working tirelessly to bring this cumulative feature update to life, various unexpected challenges have caused delays. Although we cannot yet provide a firm release date, please rest assured that we are committed to delivering these essential features in the near future, ensuring a robust and seamless experience for all Mind Mappr users.

Mind Mappr for Windows: Expanding Horizons Beyond Android

While much of our communication has focused on the Android version of Mind Mappr, we are equally invested in bringing the app to Windows and as a WebApp. The development of these versions has brought its own set of technical challenges, primarily due to the need to work with new development platforms and technologies distinct from those used in Android development. These challenges are valuable learning opportunities for our team, and they reinforce our commitment to delivering high-quality cross-platform functionality.

Although we initially planned to announce a Q3 2025 release for Windows and the WebApp, unforeseen obstacles have prevented us from confirming a firm release date. What we can assure you is that both versions are on the way. When released, they will include the core features of the Android app as well as a few additional ones, bringing Mind Mappr’s productivity tools to a broader audience.

Increasing Ads and Introducing Banner Ads for Individuals and Businesses

As a company, we understand that sustained growth and innovation require robust financial support. To maintain the free accessibility of Mind Mappr, we rely primarily on ad revenue. To meet the financial needs associated with continued development, platform expansion, and new feature rollouts, we have increased the frequency of ads in the Android version through Google AdMob services. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that these ads do not interfere with the user experience, balancing ad placement thoughtfully.

In Mind Mappr v4.2, we also introduced an option for banner ads that allows individuals and businesses to promote themselves directly within the app. This initiative will allow us to fund new features and platform expansions while keeping Mind Mappr free. Rest assured that each ad will be reviewed thoroughly by our team before going live to maintain quality and relevance for our users.

We thank you for your continued support and feedback. Mind Mappr’s journey from Android to new horizons is an exciting one, and we are glad to have you along. Expect more updates from our development team as we continue to build, learn, and grow. Stay tuned for our next Developer’s Note, where we’ll keep you informed on our progress and any new developments.
