These Terms of Use govern your access to Mind Mappr and the related VERIA website and services. In these terms, "VERIA", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of these services. Our contact is support@veria.in.

By using the services, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement can lawfully be formed through that use. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Any mandatory consumer or other statutory rights you have remain in effect.

The service

Mind Mappr provides tools for tasks, notes, mind maps, reminders, focus sessions and supported AI assistance. Features, availability, storage, syncing, limits and interface behavior can vary across Android, web and Windows editions and between versions. A feature available on one platform is not a promise that it is available on every platform.

These tools assist your work but do not replace your judgment or independent record keeping. Reminders, notifications, sync, exports and recovery depend on factors such as permissions, device settings, connectivity, storage and third-party availability. Do not rely on Mind Mappr as an emergency, safety-critical or guaranteed alarm service.

Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to accept these terms or have the authorization required by the law that applies to you. Follow any age, consent and eligibility requirements applicable to your use and to linked service providers. An app-store content rating is not a separate guarantee of legal eligibility. AI features also require eligibility under the AI provider's current terms.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use accounts that you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else's account without permission.

Guest use, syncing and your records

Guest mode can store work locally without a conventional signed-in account. Local-only content may be lost if you clear app or browser data, uninstall, change devices or lose access to the original device. Signing in or using a migration flow does not guarantee that every local record has already been transferred or synced.

Save and export important work, check that changes have synced where relevant, and keep independent backups when needed. You are responsible for copies you download or share outside the service. We do not promise that all deleted, overwritten or unsaved content can be recovered.

Your content

You retain the rights you have in the tasks, notes, mind maps, files and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and use it with the features you select.

You grant VERIA the limited permission needed to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit and process your content to provide the service and carry out your instructions, including syncing, exporting, recovery and requested AI processing. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to VERIA. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit unlawful content, content that infringes another person's rights, malicious code or information that you are not authorized to process. When you share or export content, you are responsible for the recipient, destination and permissions you choose.

AI-assisted features

Supported AI tools use Google Gemini and may process your prompt, relevant note or map content, and material you choose to provide. Read the Privacy Policy and Google's Gemini API terms before using these features. Do not use an AI feature if you do not meet the provider's eligibility requirements.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or similar to output received by others. Review it before applying, publishing, sharing or relying on it. AI assistance is not professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice, and we do not guarantee that output is correct, exclusive or free of third-party rights.

AI access can be subject to usage allowances, rate limits, safety checks, points or rewarded-ad conditions shown in the app. A generated response does not necessarily mean that it was applied to or saved in your content. Availability and limits can change; any specific paid entitlement remains subject to the terms shown for that purchase and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and in a way that respects other users and our systems. You must not bypass account authorization, app verification, quotas, ad-reward conditions or other access controls; access another person's private information; interfere with the service; distribute malware; falsify completion or reward events; or exploit errors to obtain unauthorized benefits.

Do not copy, resell or redistribute our software as your own, or use automated access that disrupts the service or bypasses its limits. Restrictions on reverse engineering or similar activities apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override lawful rights granted by an applicable open-source license.

Ads, points and rewards

Supported versions may display ads. Rewarded ads are optional offers whose conditions are shown in the app. A reward is granted only when the applicable completion and verification conditions are met. An interrupted, unavailable or unverified ad may not grant a reward.

In-app points, levels and usage bonuses are service features. Unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise, they are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash and do not create a transferable financial asset. We may correct erroneous or fraudulently obtained balances and apply the product's published limits. We do not guarantee a particular reward or uninterrupted ad availability.

Purchases and third-party services

If a paid feature or purchase is offered, its price, entitlement and any applicable renewal conditions must be presented before you purchase. Billing, cancellation and refunds may be handled by the platform or payment provider used for that purchase and remain subject to mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not create an unadvertised payment or subscription obligation.

Google Play, Google sign-in, Firebase, Gemini, ad networks, hosting providers and external websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, content or independent processing. A link or product reference does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

VERIA's software and intellectual property

VERIA retains its rights in its software, original interface designs, branding, graphics and documentation, subject to third-party and open-source rights. We give you a limited, nonexclusive right to use the service as intended under these terms. You do not acquire ownership of the service or its branding by using it.

Do not reproduce or use VERIA or Mind Mappr branding in a way that misrepresents ownership, affiliation or endorsement. Third-party trademarks and licensed components remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses.

Updates, beta features and availability

We may maintain, update or change the service, fix bugs, replace integrations or discontinue features. Where applicable law or a specific paid commitment requires notice, continued access, a refund or another remedy, that obligation remains in effect.

Beta and experimental features may change or be withdrawn and can contain errors. Use independent backups for important work. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or preservation of every previous interface or feature.

Suspension, termination and deletion

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security risks, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide information about the restriction and an opportunity to contact support. Urgent protective action may be necessary before notice can be given.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the available app flow, our account deletion page or support@veria.in. Verification may be required. Deletion and any limited retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Export important content before requesting deletion; deleted accounts and removed content may not be recoverable.

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing your content, AI output, schedules, exports and other results before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VERIA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses caused by reliance on an unverified result or failure to keep an independent backup. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits a mandatory consumer remedy, or excuses fraud or other conduct for which the law does not permit a limitation.

Privacy and legal rights

The Privacy Policy explains the information used to operate the service and your available choices and rights. It is a privacy notice, not a waiver of those rights. These terms do not replace the laws or mandatory protections that apply to you.

If you have a concern, contact us with the relevant details so that we can try to resolve it. Doing so does not prevent you from exercising rights or using complaint and dispute-resolution routes available under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be removed. Where a change requires your express agreement, we will seek that agreement through an appropriate process.
