Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of software applications (“App” or “Apps”) provided by VERIA Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using any App developed by VERIA Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. App Purpose

Our Apps are designed to assist users with various functionalities and services, including but not limited to task management, note-taking, and other productivity tools.

2. User Eligibility

Our Apps are intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to enter into legally binding contracts. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Responsibilities

When using any App developed by VERIA Inc, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the App.
  2. Inform VERIA Inc promptly about any data loss, technical issues, or concerns you may encounter while using the App.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our Apps:

  1. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  2. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part thereof.
  3. Redistribute the App on any third-party app store without proper authority given by VERIA Inc.
  4. Set usernames referring to any terrorist organizations, religious groups, or any content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or infringes upon the rights of others. If found doing so, the account may be banned for 1 week or more.
  5. Upload inappropriate images as profile pictures, including but not limited to images that are offensive, explicit, discriminatory, or infringe upon the rights of others. Inappropriate profile pictures will result in a permanent account ban without suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Apps, including all content, features, and functionalities, are the property of VERIA Inc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership or other rights in the App.

6. Limitations of Liability

VERIA Inc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Apps. We make no warranties or representations concerning the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App or its content.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information by VERIA Inc are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using any App developed by VERIA Inc, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Beta Programs

By signing up for the beta program of any App developed by VERIA Inc, you automatically agree to share the app usage data with VERIA until the beta program is active. This data may be used to improve the App’s functionality and performance.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes made will be communicated through in-app notifications and, if provided, to your email address. Your continued use of any App after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
